[Shinobu] Kogarashi fuku asa wa tameiki mo shiroku
This morning a cold, wintry wind is blowing; even our sighs are white
[Mitsuru] Kogoeru yubisaki wo tsutsumu hito mo nai
There's no one to wrap our numb fingertips
[Suka] Konayuki no mau machi ni kimi ga iru no nara
Since you're here on the road of dancing powdered snow
[Shun] Dare ka todokete yo Yasashii tayori wo
Someone, send nice news:
[Together] Boku-ra wa itsu demo genki de iru yo to
Tell them: "We're always cheerful!"

[Shun] Matsuge mo Kooritsuku tsundora no daichi
Ice attaches even on our eyelashes The tundra's [daichi]
[Shinobu] Taisetsu na nani ka wo miushinau mae ni
Before we lose sight of an important something
[Mitsuru] Tomo yo Hitomi no naka ni tomoshibi wo sagase
We're friends -- Look for the light in our eyes
[Suka] Ai wa juhyou tokashi kawa ni sosogu darou
Love is frost-covered tree-melt, Pouring into the river
[Together] Tomo yo Tadoritsukan' kokoro no aozora
We're friends -- Struggling on to the blue sky of the heart

[Synthesizer interlude]

[Shinobu] Nemurenai yoru ni wa tonakai kazoete
In the sleepless night, counting caribou
[Mitsuru] Mabuta no uragawa de kosakku ga odoru
At the backs of our eyelids Cossacks dance
[Suka] Kogoesou na hitomi de haru wo yume mite 'ru
We dream of spring with our numb eyes
[Shun] Kimi yo Wasurenaide kokoro no aozora
It's you -- Don't forget the blue sky of the heart
[Together] Tomo yo Wakachiawan' kokoro no borushichi
We're friends -- Sharing the borscht of the heart

[Shun&Suka] Shirakaba namikimichi hashiru toroika yo
Along the white birch-lined avenue the running troika
[Shinobu] Sushi-ya ja nigirenai peresutoroika yo
You can't grab Perestroika at a sushi bar
[Mitsuru&Shinobu] Wasure-gataki wa tomo yo Mafuyu no samusa to
It's hard to forget we're friends "Midwinter's cold and
[Shun&Suka] Kokoro ni nagareta omoi no atsusa to
In our hearts the warmth of flowing feelings"
[Together] Tomo yo Wakachiawan' kokoro no aozora
We're friends -- Sharing the blue sky of the heart
[Together] Kokoro no borushichi perimeni piroshikii
The heart's borscht, perimeni, piroshki

Notes:
There's another translation of this song at MIST.

I don't know what "daichi" is.

Shinobu's "You can't grab Perestroika at a sushi bar" line is a pun based on the
pronounciation "peresutoroika" in Japanese. Peresu -- pressed, Toro -- fatty tuna,
Ika -- squid. Pressed sushi is made in a special wooden box with the raw
ingredients layered on top of sushi rice. The whole is compacted by a wooden lid
and then cut into nigiri-sized pieces. The pun is probably enhanced by Shinobu's
use of the verb nigiru (to grasp) which is also the basis for nigiri (rice ball sushi).
