This is the infamous "Mitsuru-kidnapping scene" which is alluded to in the second OAV.

The story thus far: Shun and Mitsuru go to McDonalds for some food. On their way back to the dorm,
Mitsuru is abducted by men in dark suits and sunglasses! Without any leads, the Greenwood gang can only
wait to be contacted by the mysterious kidnappers. Kazuya and Shun fear the worst. Meanwhile, Mitsuru
wakes up to find himself in the apartment of a beautiful (yet strangely psychotic) woman who seems to know
everything about him. This woman turns out to be Tezuka Nagisa, Shinobu's sister. (Mitsuru remembers that
she had once lured him somewhere when he was 11 years old by offering him 10,000 yen! Mitsuru is afraid
she wants him to pay her back! ^_^;) Nagisa reveals her plan to use her captive to get revenge on Shinobu.
Mitsuru attempts to escape, but is subdued by B, who knees him in the gut (not so difficult, since Mitsuru is
already tied up). Mitsuru is stripped to his underwear and chained, then... served finger sandwiches. ^_^;

Shinobu reveals his suspicion that his sister is behind Mitsuru's disappearance. Shinobu's suspicions are
confirmed when Nagisa calls. Against Shinobu's wishes, Kazuya and Shun insist on accompanying him to
rescue Mitsuru. Kazuya thinks to himself: "If anything happens to Mitsuru-sempai because of Shinobu-sempai
and his sister. . .I- I'll never forgive them!" At Nagisa's hideout, Shun IDs her Mercedes as the car the
kidnappers used. Shinobu takes a bent nail and scratches the car's paint from one end to the other.
Discarding the nail, Shinobu walks off with a brusque "Let's go." A terrified Shun whispers to Kazuya:
"Shinobu-sempai is really, truly pissed off, isn't he?" The three heroes enter the apartment to find...

Nagisa: I'll cut his face!

Hasukawa: ...!!

Shinobu: . .Up until now you've committed numerous
crimes. Understand?

Shinobu: If we call the police you'll be arrested.

Nagisa: [Motoyori!]

Nagisa: Maybe so, but for the sake of getting revenge on
you I'll do anything!

Nagisa: In any case, [anata no mono ni naru ie ja nai no]
You know that our family name will be stained.

Shinobu (to Man D): Must be terrible, huh? Associating with
a person who says things like that.

Man D: Shinobu-sama doesn't understand the hardships of
a salaryman!

Nagisa: Why aren't you stressed?!

Nagisa: You want me to do this to him?!

Mitsuru: Wait! Wait!

Shinobu: I understand. What are your demands?

Nagisa: That's better.

Nagisa: (It's finally come. The moment I've dreamed of...!)

Nagisa: Apologize from your heart for your many insults!
Come here and prostrate yourself!

Nagisa: When you've done that you will then kiss my
shoe!!

Hasukawa: Shit...!

Shun: P- Pervert!!

Nagisa: (The dark passion that has burned in the secret
depths of my heart for years will finally be realized!)

Nagisa: Come on! What will you do, Shinobu?!

Nagisa: ...Y-...You...

Nagisa: What are you doing?!

Mitsuru: Hup.

Knife FX: Slice.

Nagisa: Haa!

Mitsuru's Blood FX: Plop. Plop. Plop.

Nagisa: What do you think you're doing? You can't escape!

Chain FX: clink... Clink Clink... CRAK!

Hasukawa: D- DAMMIT!!!

Nagisa: Kiyaa! What is this kid?!

Hasukawa: You cut Mitsuru-sempai's face!

Nagisa: What?! He did it himself!!

Hasukawa FX: Whack! Bang! Crash!

Mitsuru: Shinobu, cut the cords on my wrists.

Shun: Oro oro!

Mitsuru: You owe me. (?)

Shinobu: Can't be helped.

Mitsuru: It's okay, Hasukawa.

Hasukawa: What are you saying? Your --

Nagisa: MONSTER!

Mitsuru caption: Precisely!

Mitsuru: [Shita matsuge nante zenbu muitemo 30 byou de
wa ekawaru ze.]

Mitsuru: [Kore dake karada juu kizutarakede kao dake
bujitte.] It's unnatural, don't you think?

Mitsuru: [Bikeitaru mono kore gurai no chi yu ryoku nai to
mochimasen te.]

Shinobu: As usual, he's superhuman. ^ ^

Mitsuru: Nagisa-san.
